How Golden Hour Collective handles the information you send through this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us if you want it changed or removed.
What we collect
There is one form on this site, on the contact page. It asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of visit you want to book, an optional preferred date, an optional group size, an optional message, and an optional checkbox if you would like exhibition opening dates and press day notices.
Nothing else is requested. No account, login, comment, order, payment or subscription is created when you send the form.
How it is handled
When you submit the form, the handler records the values you typed, the time of submission, the form identifier, the page language, and the source query string from the address you arrived on. That record is written to a local file at /private/submissions.jsonl on the server that runs this site.
The record is kept until the site owner deletes the log by hand. There is no automatic expiry, no scheduled cleanup, and no forwarding to a mailing list, CRM or advertising tool.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for the optional newsletter notices at any time, without affecting the rest of your enquiry.
Visitors in the EU and California have specific statutory rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We apply the same access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out options to everyone who writes to us.
Privacy requests
Send any privacy question or request through the contact page, or write to us directly. We will confirm what we hold and act on your request.
Honest claims only
This policy describes what actually happens on this site. We do not claim certifications, partnerships or legal frameworks that are not stated here. We do not use misleading claims, fake urgency, invented endorsements or borrowed brand names, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot verify.
